Katherine graduated from Pace University with a B.A. in Hospitality and Tourism Management. She currently resides in Greenwich, CT with her family. Katherine has a passion for gardening and cooking. She and her husband built a family vegetable garden in 2017 and has since become an avid garden enthusiast! She is currently on the green committee at her daughter's school promoting healthy eating, sustainability, and planting the school's massive vegetable garden!
